Our Salt Water Taffy Super Strength Flavor is perfect for making chocolate, candy, cookies, cakes, frostings, ice cream, yogurt, shakes, smoothies, baking and much more! This concentrated Super Strength Flavor is 2 to 3 times stronger than typical alcohol-based flavor extracts.

Hard Candy - Use 1 tsp for 1.25 lbs; or 1 oz for 10 lbs
Chocolate - Use 1/2-1/2 tsp for 1 lb; 2 1/2-5 tsp for 10 lbs
Cakes - 1 tsp for a standard cake size
Cookies - 1/2 - 1 tsp for a standard batch
Frostings - 1/4-1/2 tsp for 3 cups
Ice Cream or Yogurt Bases - 1/4 tsp for 1 quart (32 oz); 1/4 oz for 1 Gallon
Shakes and Smoothies - 1/8 - 1/4 tsp for 16 oz
